Best I found so far!
Been suffering with Tennis Elbow injury for quite a while now. Being too stubborn to quit Pickleball and regular gym training, I've tried a variety of these pressure pain relief straps. Most are seriously inadequate because the pressure pad is poorly designed and/or the straps don't hold during activity. The GO strap is the best I've found so far. The ball design provides the deepest and most precise pressure point right where it does the most good. The two velcro attachments provide enough holding power to stay in place for rigorous pickleball matches. No straps so far can stay in place during weight training. It's not perfect and it's pricey, but it works pretty good compared to the others I've tried. Suggested improvements would be slightly larger ball, wider and longer straps with more velcro attachment area. This strap combined with the GO Elbow sleeve make it possible to continue playing pickleball.
