Good value, scent, and provides a little relief. The effect wasn’t as noticeable to me than straightforward anti-flamation products however.

I referee soccer. I have been using GO products for two years now. I have a sleeve for my knee that has had four surgeries; lower leg sleeves; and use the Recovery Cream after games. I can say enough good things about all of these products. They have allowed me continue to enjoy this hobby of mine.

I’m an avid BJJ practitioner and am constantly in a state of soreness for training or weightlifting. I use K-Recover primarily on my shoulders, pecs, and lats and find near-instant relief. The consistency is smooth and applies easily. The smell is pleasant with a hint of mint. I’d recommend using this if you’re an athlete or hobbyist who is serious about their fitness.

Being active has its highs and lows, and let’s be real—the recovery part is humbling. I used this for the first time after a 5K and was shocked when I felt normal again in just two days. No waddling, no dramatic groaning every time I sat down.

I have been using the K-Recover Cream for about 2 years now. This stuff works!
After a good workout or just finished playing sports, I take a hot shower and then massage in the K-Recover cream into the muscles I know are going to be sore from the workout. You can feel the hot/cool sensation. Next day, it's like magic, I'm not hurting as bad I think I would. I say it's magic, but I'm not saying it'll work miracles. I just know my body. If I go hard in a workout or whatever sport I'm playing, I know from experience how much I'm going to be hurting the next day. And this is where the K-Recover helps. That anticipated heavy soreness and pain would be reduced to the point where I notice. So to me, this stuff absolutely works! Similar to Tiger Balm, but more like a cream versus an ointment. Just don't rub your eyes after you use it or you'll be in a world of hurt in another way... lol. I love this stuff! I recommend trying it out!
