Exchanges
We make it easy for you to exchange sleeves due to sizing issues up to 45 days after initial purchase date.
Exchange Instructions:
- Send an email to support@gosleeves.com or click the Help button on this page to start the process.
- In your exchange request please indicate your original order #, the issue you had with your sleeves and the new size you are requesting.
- Exchanges originating in Canada will incur additional shipping and handling fees.
Returns and Refunds
Although we believe GO Sleeves are appropriate for everyone, if you find that they are not for you, simply request a refund within 45 days of your purchase and we will email you a pre-paid return label. Please print the label and return the sleeves to us in good condition. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a refund less $5 to cover the cost of the pre-paid Shipping, which we have provided.

Notes on Exchanges
Due to the costs incurred by GO Sleeves to process an exchange, we allow only one exchange per customer.
Please note that all exchanges that have not been damaged or altered will be donated.
Canadian Exchanges
- Canadian Customers seeking a size exchange agrees to arrange and pay for the return to the GO Sleeves Return Department, located in the USA
- Customer agrees to email tracking information to support@gosleeves.com. Once it can be determined the return is on its way, Customer Support will proceed with setting up an exchange to the desired new size.
- Customer agrees to pay $25 S&H for the return. An invoice for this fee will be generated and emailed to customer. Once payment is received, the order will be released and shipped.
