GO Kinesiology + Compression Elbow Sleeve

Great fit and support!

My elbow and upper arm regularly hurt when playing pickleball likely because of a partial shoulder tear and ulnar injury. First and second time wearing the GO sleeve I did not notice my elbow or arm!! The sleeve is difficult to put on that problem helps explain why the sleeve works. I am a believer!

I have spent way too much money on braces to help my tennis elbow heal faster and be able to play competitive tennis again. So far, this has been my favorite brace so far. It is comfortable to wear. Not too tight and not too lose. Gives great support and I would highly recommend. I do still use Ktape under it during matches because it seems to help to have both.

My daughter is a high level (18u National) softball pitcher, in Sept. 2025 she started having elbow pain after an outing, we didn't know the cause but we had her rest for a week and ordered a GoSleeve... she pitched the rest of the Fall season with no issues (45-50 innings). She took a throwing break in December and when she resumed pitching asked to go without the sleeve... we gave it a go. About 6 weeks of lessons and practice without the sleeve were no problem, but the first game (a scrimmage) she threw, the pain came back. Immediately saw a sports Doc, X-Ray, MRI, no structural issues... ordered a new sleeve, took a couple weeks off, and back to pitching with no issues. The GoSleeve is now a permanent part of her equipment. If you are a pitcher that plays regularly using it, it needs to be replaced about every 3 months- see the image for her original sleeve vs. the new one... that said, its worth every penny.

I was very skeptical that this product would work, but I've used it for my last few work outs and I definitely feel more secure when doing certain movements than I would if I had nothing. The only issue I have is the sleeve is a touch big on either end so it feels like I can't get a snug fit the entire length of the sleeve. I do have very narrow arms so that is likely the cause, and sizing down would likely not be an optoin. But I'm getting a nice even compression around the elbow, which is where I need it...So far so good. Will definitely keep using it.
